Order and return your goods with C-box doorstep lockers!

1. Book a locker in the C-box app with your phone. Choose the suitable temperature for storage. You will receive a delivery code.

To order goods:

2. Choose “On-door-delivery” as a delivery method in the webshop and forward the delivery code with delivery address to the webshop/courier.
3. You will be notified when your goods are dropped off to the locker. You will receive a new picking code to retrieve your goods from the locker.

To return/drop off goods:

2. Enter the goods to the locker by yourself using the obtained delivery code.
3. You will receive a new picking code that you can forward to the courier or receiver of your goods to withdraw them from the locker.
